Mindset for Organizational Growth Course

Overview

How to succeed in today’s competitive environment? Having a growth mindset is the key. According to Professor Carol Dweck of Stanford University, individuals who have a growth mindset tend to achieve more than those with a more fixed mindset. People with a growth mindset have attitudes and behaviors that embrace change and strive for continuous improvement, and they believe that intelligence and creativity can be grown and cultivated with practice and time.  To them, mistakes represent a chance for people to learn to change and grow. Hence, leaders with a growth mindset tend to have a more positive outlook and make better decisions. Growth mindset is being increasingly recognized as a key factor in employee retention and business success.
