- Introduction of the ISO9001.
- Risk-based thinking approach.
- Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and ISO9001:2015.
- Detail requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
- The process of implementing ISO9001:2015.
Teaching Approach: Lecture and group discussion.
Target Participants: Any staff who is responsible for designing, implementing or monitoring a quality management system.
Course Duration: 3 hours.
