Overview
In today’s VUCA world, problem solving skills are more important than ever. The problems that organizations have been encountering are new, and they rarely go away by themselves but have a tendency to worsen if not managed effectively. Therefore, apart from relying on past experience and knowledge to solve the problems, organizations also need the skills to identify the root causes of the problems and to apply the right tools to resolve the issues as quickly as possible, thereby driving business growth.
