Overview
In today’s complex and ever-changing business environment, the way organizations are led is more important than ever. Good leadership can guide, engage and motivate people to accomplish systemic changes in order to adapt to, and survive in, the dynamic world. In its simplest form, leadership is the ability to influence others to follow. Hence, people who can influence others to follow them have leadership qualities, and those who can enable followers to succeed are effective leaders. Yet, leadership is always a multifaceted role, and it can mean different things to different people. This course will help managers understand their leadership styles, improve their people management skills and apply them to suit the organization needs.

- The importance and role of EQ in leadership.
- 10 ways of motivating millennials.
- Explore your leadership style (The Managerial Grid Theory of Leadership).
- Workshop – Assess your leadership style.
- Using different leadership styles in different situations (Situational Leadership).
- Workshop – Identify the readiness of your subordinates.
Teaching Approach: Lecture and group discussion.
Course duration: 3 hours.
Target Participants: Manager/Supervisor or above.
Class Size (max): 20 participants per class.
